Win the Morning, Win the Day

The morning and the night routine are your KEYS to a healthy and satisfied living. The great news is that they both only take about 30 minutes of your time! Let’s start with our morning. I revolutionized my morning with NON-NEGOTIABLES- the foundation always leads to success.

  • steer clear of any technology

  • properly nourish mind and body

Limit Technology

The best and most important in my opinion is to limit technology (even for music and doing a meditation). HERE’S WHY -> one click to put on your favorite song may trigger a notification pop up on your social and then you can’t resist the urge to dive deeper on Instagram and see that hilarious dog video that’s trending. Nobody is immune to it because it’s been ingrained as a habit. Breaking the habit starts with constant dedication to wanting that change and I PROMISE you it is life changing.

I felt an IMMEDIATE difference from the first day I woke up and tried this. My mind didn’t race, I didn’t stress about the day ahead, I was still. The stillness of the morning is something to truly savor if you can be a part of it. The stillness is another practice we all have to relearn. We’ve been taught to grind grind GRIND, which can be great but not for every waking moment! It ends up causing wayyyy more harm than good, like anxiety, tensing of the muscles, the inability to be with oneself, lack of sleep, and the list goes on. Unlearning what we have been taught our whole lives is possible, but it takes constant focus. Let’s unlearn together!

See the Outdoors

GET OUTSIDE! Strive to get that fresh sunlight touching your skin and in your eyes. It balances our circadian rhythm and does wonders for receiving proper nutrients. With the sun in eyes, get the feet on the ground! I’m a huge advocate for frequency healing. As the engineer and futurist Nikola Tesla stated, “If you want to find the secrets of the Universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration”. The Earth’s frequency radiating from the ground (Schumann’s Resonance) quite literally grounds us from being projected into the astral plane at night. It brings us back to ourselves and into the present moment- all of which are necessary for a beautiful start to the day. Our ancestors rose with the sun and rose with the day- it’s time for us to get back to our roots.



Nourish Your Mind and Body

NOURISH! Nourish yourself with movement and breathing. Nourish the mind with stillness and affirmations. It doesn’t have to be ground breaking and intense movements- it could be a simple 5-10 minute stretch with focused breathing. All of these simple switches may take time to adjust to and that’s okay! It takes time to break a habit and replace with a new one. Once that habit is broken and the new is implemented, you will have a solid program that is efficient and beneficial to start your day right!
